ConfigMgr SQL Server unknown status

I have a secondary site server which obviously does not have site database role. However the Secondary Site Server Site System Status screen as two Critical Status alerts. These are both for ConfigMgr SQL Server for the SMS_CMT database and transaction log. Both have a status of unknown. This is hardly surprising as there is no database! How do I stop it reporting these phantom alerts?

It looks like the site summarizer has something to do with this.
