SCCM setup does not recognize the prerequisite components- Component Manifest

I read previous topics.  The ansers referred to log files.

I have read the log file.

The error indicate the ConfigMgr.manifest.cab does not exist.

Cannot find file anywhere.

I am sure something is wrong.  Anyone please advise.
