SCCM 2007 SP2 R3 client installation on Servers

We recently faced an issue while installing SCCM client on our APP - V servers.

We need to install SCCM 2007 SP2 R3 client on all of our server including DC, Exchange, App - V, SharePoint, terminal, Service Manager, Ops Mgr., Citrix, SCVMM, SC Orc, SQL, and SQL Cluster etc. etc.

To avoid any disaster or downtime, can you please assist for the following queries.

1. Best practices for deploying SCCM client on Servers.
2. Recommendation for deploying SCCM client on Servers.
3. How to know that what might be happened if I install SCCM client on above mentioned servers as a safe side?
4. How we do risk assessment and business impact for change management?
5. On which servers / products, SCCM client should be installed or not?
