Application Repackaging Skills

Hi all,

I am system admin, with no background in Development. I am going for Application Repackaging, For this what skills i need to possess? Like if i opt for wise admin studio, just training in this product is sufficient or i need some background as a developer also, What topic should i concentrate on?
